I’m guilty of using the solo sex and masturbation interchangeably–they sometimes happen simultaneously, and are very similar. There is a crucial difference though. Masturbation is about pleasure and orgasm. Solo sex is about growth. It’s an intentional session where you are working on expanding your erotic potential and learning new ways to experience pleasure.
