Coaching Agreement and Intake must be signed prior to first session
Payment (either in full or first payment) required prior to first session
Sessions, whether attended or missed (no-shows), are non-refundable, as the scheduled time is exclusively reserved for you.
Pro-rated refund for unused sessions
A refund request will revoke access to bonus products
A refund request will revoke access to private folder
Client cancellation of session with less than 24 hours notice will result in forfeiture of session with no refund
Package must be completed within 6 months (extension available for exigent circumstances)
